Datanya Betts, RN, BSN, DNP-FNP
Datanya is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of registered nursing experience in acute care services. She has progressively moved through nursing management positions, beginning with Assistant Director of Nursing to Director of Nursing. She was the Clinical Nurse Manager for a medical-surgical nursing unit for 5 years.
Datanya holds a Doctorate of Science in Nursing with a concentration of Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Winston Salem State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the Daemen College located in Amherst, NY.
Datanya is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and currently serves on the Healthcare systems Board and Quality Committee of outreach intervention programs. She received the Nightingale Award for Nursing Excellence and was nominated for the 2019 Nursing Excellence Award for Leadership from Nursing Spectrum.
